The VIVE Up Walker Posture Walker Mobility Aid is a supportive walking aid that provides increased stability and safety for users who have difficulty walking. Standard walkers force users to hunch over, placing pressure on their wrists for support. This walker is designed with raised armrests that support the user in a secure upright position with better posture. The padded armrests are height-adjustable and extend or shorten to provide comfortable support. The handles easily adjust for a custom fit and include loop hand brakes for assisting in navigating inclines and securely locking the wheels. The lightly padded fabric seat with backrest provides a comfortable and helpful seat when needed. The padded handles help users transition between sitting and standing more easily and safely. Four large 8-inch, multi-terrain rubber wheels move smoothly over bumps and uneven surfaces.

Impressive for lots of reasons

I did a lot of research before buying this particular walker. We even went to try it out before purchasing. It comes well packaged and ready to go. Some unpacking is required, but the walker is assembled. We have had it about a week and my wife is very happy. She has a neurological issue but with this walker, we are making progress. We first used the walker at our pt office, but thought we could make more progress if we had one at home also. It is relatively light and fits in my back seat. Great people at The Wright Stuff.

Q: How do you make the walker higher?

A: There are locks on the inside of the armrest bars that you press to unlock. Once unlocked place the armrest at desired height and release the lock to lock back in place.

Q: The picture in the ad looks like this walker is used by leaning on the forearm. Is that true? Is there a version for hands? Thank you.

A: Yes, the Up Walker Posture Walker Mobility Aid helps with mobility by placing the forearms on the armrests. The Juvo Mobi Personal Transporter EZ-Fold Model (Product #: AJV410) does not have armrests.
