The
Step2Bed Hand Safety Rail and Step XL
is a heavy duty bed safety fall prevention aid. Users with limited mobility will find this sturdy, extra wide reinforced steel step and bed rail helpful for getting in and out of bed safely.
The Step2Bed Hand Safety Rail and Step XL adapted bed rail and step combines the safety of a handrail with a non-slip, extra wide step. This height adjustable portable bed step stool is designed for users weighing up to 800 pounds. The tall grab bar is 31 inches high. The short grab bar is 22.8 inches at the highest point, angles down at 30 degrees and the low point is 12 inches high. The lower side grab bar doesn't get in the way of the user’s natural motion when lifting their legs to get into bed, or lowering their legs when getting out of bed. The platform step is 18 inches long, 32 inches wide, and has six different height adjustments, from 2.5 to 7.5 inches high, which allows users to customize the height of the step to meet their specific needs. The step does not attach to the bed, so it works on either side of bed. The smart LED light automatically detects movement within 10 feet to provide additional lighting for increased safety at night. Making the product from steel ensures users will be safe when using the safety step. This bed safety rail and step has been tested to support 1200+ pounds, weighs only 22 pounds. The Step2Bed Hand Safety Rail and Step XL heavy duty step with strong, perpendicular steel grab bar hand rails and LED light is designed to make it easier for users with limited mobility to climb in and out of bed.
