The Step2Bed Hand Safety Rail and Step combines an adjustable height bed safety step with dual grab bars and a motion activated LED light. Users with limited mobility who have difficulty with bed transfers will find this steel bed step is designed to make getting in and out of bed easier.

The Step2Bed Hand Safety Rail and Step has an extra wide, non-slip step that is 18 inches long, 32 inches wide. The step has six different height adjustments, from 2.5 to 7.5 inches high. This allows the user to customize the height of the step to meet their specific needs. The tall grab bar is 31 inches high. The lower grab bar is 22.8 inches high, angles down at 30 degrees to the low point of 12 inches high. The lower side grab bar doesn't impede the user’s natural motion when lifting their legs to get into bed, and lowering their legs when getting out of bed. The step does not attach to the bed, so it works on either side of bed. The LED light is motion activated to provide additional lighting for increased safety at night. Making the product from steel ensures users will be safe when using the safety step, and it has been tested to support 1200+ pounds. The Step2Bed Hand Safety Rail and Step was developed by a RN out of a need to help his grandparents who struggled with mobility and bedside falls.
