The ski design of the Penco Walker Glides allows for easy movement over thresholds and slight elevation changes without snagging or the need to lift the walker. These walker ski glides are designed to fit front-wheeled walkers with 1 inch to 1-1/8 inch tubing diameter.

Penco Walker Glides

I recently bought a pair of the Walker Glides for my mothers walker. She was having a hard time getting around. The back legs were dragging and getting caught on things like door frames and cracks in the side walk. I put a pair of glides on her walker and she no longer has problems. She just glides over bumps

These really make a difference in the walker moving smoothly over the ground. One thing to watch is that the walker isn''t ever totally stationary with these attached.

Smooth

These glides are really smooth and easy to install; less than 2 minutes. They are much better than tha old tennis balls that were on the walker. We are very pleased!

Easy to install. Great product. I used large channel lock pliers to twist off the old rubber feet on my Mom''s walker and the old feet came off easily.

Q: What material is used to make these glides, and what is the thickness of the glide?

A: They are made with Durable high density resin plastic material. Including the part that goes inside the walker shaft the glide is 2 inches

Q: Do you have any walker slides that fit walkers with a 7/8" diameter legs.

A: The smallest glides we offer fit 1 inch legs. You may consider the ball glides that you place over the feet instead of glides that are inserted into the feet of the walker.
