Most smaller size (weighing less than 4 pounds) in stock items are shipped via US Priority Mail. Heavier items are shipped via UPS Ground. Please call our toll free number for item availability. If your purchase requires oversized delivery or truck delivery, these charges are in addition to standard shipping/handling charges.

Mobility-Aids.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.

Fast Shipping Within 24 Hours:
We strive to ship orders received by 1:00 pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday for in stock items from our warehouse within 24 hours. Weekend or holiday orders ship the next business day.

Refused Shipment/Undeliverable Package
If you refuse a package upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error, we must charge your card for the shipping cost caused by your decision.
Canceling an Order
In most cases, once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel the order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders . If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us for a Return Authorization via email or telephone once you have received the product.
