The top opening allows docking devices to remain through the cover for easy on-and-off operation. The top slit opening seals securely closed with a 2-inch hook-and-loop closure to prevent leakage. Side release buckles, located at the bottom of the cover, securely buckle and cinch closed for maximum security. The one-inch webbing belt and buckle keep the cover securely in place, and the additional loops provide extra security.

Slip the cover over the chair and pull the elastic down under the frame. The cord lock tightens the cover around the bottom. For extra security, when transporting a power chair on the back of a vehicle, tie down the bottom by hooking bungee-type cords (not included) through the bottom belt loops. Please note, that the cover is not intended for highway use without using some securing device such as a rope or bungee cords over the top of the cover. This will reduce the amount of excess room under the cover and prevent the cover from blowing up at high speeds.
