The Synergy Gel Walker Handle Covers are designed for the ultimate in walker comfort and skin protection. This pair of walker hand grips made of solid gel provide cushioning to aid in healing existing sores and abrasions.

These 5 inch long gel hand pads fit over the side tubes of traditional walkers. Both ends of the pads are open and are easily applied over the existing walker hand grips. Gel Walker Handle Covers are covered in chloroprene rubber with a nylon surface, similar to wet suit material. Inside each grip is open cell foam and a polyurethane solid gel, that will not leak out.

Synergy Gel Ovations™ products incorporate a latex-free, solid gel with a durable neoprene nylon surface, which is soft, easy to clean, and highly efficient at distributing pressure. These products protect bony prominences and reduce abrasions, shear, and harmful pressure-related problems.

Fit: U shaped standard walkers that have a mostly straight circular grip.
Sold as: One pair.
Measure: 5 inches long.
Material: Medical grade silicone, solid polymer polyurethane.
Care: Do NOT put pads/covers in a washing machine. Do NOT submerge them in water or agitate. Do NOT put in clothes dryer. With HEATED DRYING turned OFF, you may wash them in the top rack of an automatic dishwasher. Alternatively, wipe the surface with any normal household soap or cleaning solution that is not irritating and to which you are not allergic.

DISAPPOINTED

Very disappointed twist around constantly and stared to tear at the seams within a couple of weeks sadly they are not returnable. Would not suggest buying them. Gel compresses too easily and does not recover well.

Not so great

I bought the gel grips. They were very tight to put on even though I had the proper grip size. They felt good the first time I used them but they have kept the palm imprint since then. They do not rebound and go back to original shape. Not comfortable now.

Unfortunately, this product is not very good for this application. The majority of the gell quickly moved from where my weight was mostly applied and gathers on the outside of the handle.

A sure bet

I''ve now given these gel grips to four different friends who have found themselves using walkers - and whether old or young, strong or feeble, they all love these things. They cushion the unyielding walker handles and help prevent callous formation - and everyone says they''re comfy. I just know they''re made an appreciable positive difference for my friends.

Had these covers 3 days and the gel inside the covers had completely separated and lost any ability of it to add any comfort to my wife's hands.
