The EZ - Access TRANSITIONS Modular Entry Mats Set of 4 rubber entry mats provide a smooth transition for wheelchair access and are ADA approved. The set includes 2 wedge mats and 2 risers made of slip-resistant rubber ramps designed for doorway thresholds up to 4.75 inches high.

EZ - Access TRANSITIONS Modular Entry Mats Set of 4 includes 2 of the 2.5 inch high Beveled Rubber Threshold Ramps, and the pair of Transitions Modular Risers. These easy to install wedge mats can be used for exits and entryways, both indoors and outdoors, to meet a variety of needs. The mats sit directly against the door sill to provide a smooth transition, and are especially practical for sliding glass doors since they will not interfere with the door track. Each mat measures 48 inches wide and 24 inches long, and can be easily trimmed for lower threshold heights and widths. These 2.5 inch high entry mats are combined with the TRANSITIONS Modular Rubber Risers to create a ramp with maximum height of 4 inches.
