The front of the shelf has a zippered pocket for securely storing smaller items such as keys, glasses, wallets. The back of the shelf has a pocket to prevent items from sliding out the back. A: Yes, so long as there are mounting points and the frame is far enough apart (or close enough - the bag is 15 inches wide).

A: It uses velcro straps, 4 on each side, to attach the bag to any exposed tubing.
