Truthfully I find it doesn''t work well. It is soft and just pushes into car seat and doesn''t want to turn. I am quite disappointed. I would really like to write a great review, but I have to be honest. I probably should order the smaller, harder one. Maybe it would work. Sincerely, Toni Supple

Total waste of money. Does not perform as suggested. Does not even begin to rotate/pivot as required. It might work if your vehicle had a wooden seat that was flat, but any curvature in the car seat provides too much friction to pivot. This does not even deserve a SINGLE star.

Q: The description says to fabric cushions joined in the middle. Are the fabric only? Or are they plastic discs covered in fabric? If they are fabric only, how do they slide against each other to swivel?54
