The arms flip up for easy transfer in and out of the chair. The adjustable wheel locks are lever operated, stainless steel with nylon washers, rubber handles, and plastic contact feet. The front casters which measure 8 inches in diameter, 1 inch wide, and are solid foam-filled tires on plastic mag style wheels. Its large rear wheels measure 23 inches in diameter, 1-1/4 inches wide, and are made of solid urethane tires on plastic mag style wheels. The frame is made of 304 stainless steel tubing, mirror polished, that won't corrode in water. The PVC mesh upholstery is mildew resistant mesh that is suitable for daily use in pool environments.
