Action Basic Cover for 1/2 and 5/8 inch Adaptive Flat Pads

The Action Basic Cover for 1/2 and 5/8 inch Adaptive Flat Pads is made of a durable stretch knit material which is essential to utilize the protective cushion properties. When the 1/2 inch or 5/8 inch Adaptive Flat Pad is used as a seating cushion, the pad must be used with an Action brand cover for warranty to be in force.

The Action Basic Cover is soft black pontae fabric material and has a non-skid bottom. The cover opens on three sides with a ring zipper for easy opening and closing. It is CAL133 approved, machine washable and tumble dry. The Basic Cover fits the flat, pebble, or cube Action polymer gel adaptive pads.
