Tension mounted, floor to ceiling Security Pole & Grab Bar that allows the user to rise from a sitting position with the pivoting Curve Grab Bar, which provides 4 hand grips at 4 different heights and locks in place at eight different points, every 45 degrees. The 4 vertical bars on the grab bar allow the user to gradually 'climb' to a standing position using a hand-over-hand technique. This transfer pole and grab bar provides a secure support for standing or for transferring a patient to a walker, wheelchair or other mobility device. Because wall mounts are not needed, this transfer aid can be moved to any room in your home whenever necessary. The slim design is ideal for transfers in tight spaces. It can be installed between the bathtub and the toilet, placed at your bedside, or conveniently, next to a sofa or chair. The main pole has rubber pads on the top and bottom protect the ceiling and floor and easily separates into two 53 inch pieces making it easy to transport. Includes wrench and no other tools are required for assembly. Fits ceiling heights 7 - 10 ft. Rust resistant Zinc plated steel.
