Optional Action Basic Cover for 1/2 and 5/8 inch Adaptive Flat Pads are only available for 1/2 and 5/8 inch Adaptive Flat Pads. If a 1/2 inch or 5/8 inch Adaptive Flat Pad is used for a seating cushion, pad must be used with an Action brand cover for warranty to be in force. The Basic Cover is made of a durable stretch knit material which is essential to utilize the protective cushion properties. Soft black pontae fabric, non skid bottom, zippered on 3 sides, removable and washable.
